Air drying minimises damage to the sensitive proteins, nutrients, enzymes and vitamins, so the raw nutritional values are preserved. Our air-drying process removes moisture but does not rob the fresh meat of its nutritional integrity and natural flavour.
Air Dried Absolute Holistic Air Dried products are slowly dehydrated over 10 hours at a temperature between 72C to 80C (degrees Celsius). The temperature is very low to ensure we do not cook the natural goodness from the meat.
